Full payment is due before final files are delivered, unless a milestone/installment plan is agreed in writing beforehand. All payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal, or Square; FineAppCraft does not store card details.
Each project includes two rounds of minor revisions. Additional revisions or scope changes are quoted separately.
Full ownership of the delivered app and its source code transfers to the customer once payment is received in full.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Full refunds are available only if work has not yet begun.
Delivery timelines are estimates and communicated per project. 14 days of post-delivery bug-fix support is included at no extra cost.
